Georgia Real Estate License Holding Company  LLC

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why should I join instead of letting my license go inactive?
A: (a)While inactive, you cannot engage in any type of Real Estate activity and you cannot receive any Real Estate fees or commissions. While a referral agent for GRELHC you may receive referral fees.
(b)The licensing board may require re-examination or updated training by the time you decide to become active again.  The low GRELHC fee is inexpensive insurance to keep you on the rolls until you are ready to come back.

Q: Why I don't I just stay with my current Broker and do nothing?
A: While an active agent, you may be asked to pay MLS dues, Board fees, Desk fees and other costs of being active.
